Intro to Reflective Learning

Being aware of yourself is important. Bad habits can hold you back, and without reflecting you might stay unaware of better ways of learning.  Reflective learning gives you the tools to do just that. Reflective learning is:

  • Thinking with a purpose
  • Being critical (not necessarily negative.)
  • Questioning and probing to understand yourself better.

The benefits of this type of thinking include:

  • Better planning/prioritizing
  • Better set study goals
  • Dealing with anxiety
  • Seeing obstacles and overcoming them
